Savannah Philharmonic Chamber Concert No. 4: String Quartet Arrangements will be Sunday, April 22, 5:00pm at Telfair Academy – Rotunda on 121 Barnard Street in Savannah, GA.


The Savannah Philharmonic Orchestra presents Chamber Concert No. 4, String Quartet Arrangements, in the majestic Rotunda of the Telfair Academy. The concert will feature works by Beethoven, von Dohnanyi, and Straus, along with several selections from Bizet’sCarmen and Bernstein’s West Side Story. Musicians include: Jadde Nolty, violin; Brent Price, violin; Anjali Lind, viola; Meghan McGuire, cello. A complete listing of the concert’s repertoire is attached. Tickets cost $15 per person and are available three ways: online at, by phoning the box office at 912-525-0550, or at the door on the day of the concert.


The Savannah Philharmonic Orchestra is a professional symphony orchestra presenting a full range of concerts each season, from classics to pops. The Savannah Philharmonic Chorus is a community-based auditioned ensemble that works regularly with the orchestra in an oratorio and opera setting, as well as performing a wide range of music from a cappella Baroque to rock and pop standards. The organization’s purpose is to perform and promote the appreciation of fine music in the greater Savannah community. It is sustained by ticket sales, member dues, and the generosity of patrons and sponsors. As a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, all contributions are tax-deductible, and community members are encouraged to support the Savannah Philharmonic’s efforts to bring the finest music to Savannah.
