The Truth about Drinking Water:

Is it more harmful than helpful?

Most of us have been told to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Nutritionists continue to emphasize the vital role water plays in delivering oxygen and nutrients as well as cleansing our bodies of waste. But, I have recently begun to question how pure our drinking water really is.

During the summer, the days are hotter, longer, and filled with many more edible desires that are hard to turn down. Ice cream sundaes, hot dogs, popcorn and other treats are typically more abundant and quickly consumed during this time of year. Even through the changing of seasons, our eating habits should not falter.
